Relaxation

The first step is to relax and get in the proper mindset

  • Head straight. Spine straight
  • Shoulders relaxed
  • Relax jaw line
  • Relax the mouth.  Open mouth slightly.
  • Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.  Make the exhalation phase long and relaxful.
  • Breath from just below your belly button.
